Super simple, quick, and easily customizable recipe using the Blume Turmeric Latte Mix. If you don’t have the mix on hand, use whatever spices you’d like! See my interview with Blume co-founder Karen Danujaja HERE!

Easy Turmeric Chia Pudding ( V + GF )

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

  • 2 Cups Filtered Water

  • 1 - 1.5 tsp Blume Turmeric Latte Mix

  • 1 Medjool Date

  • 6 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • Fruit & Nuts for topping


Method:

  1. Add hemp seeds, filtered water and date to a high speed blender, like a Vitamix. Blend on high until milky. Add Blume turmeric latte mix powder and blend until fully incorporated.

  2. Divide chia seeds between two jars. Pour half of the turmeric-hemp milk mixture on top of the chia seeds in each jar.

  3. Stir and place in the fridge overnight.

  4. Top with berries, nuts, coconut—what ever you’d like.

  5. Serve with coffee & enjoy!
